Configuring Push to another remote PhenoTips instance

PhenoTips comes with its default setting to PhenomeCentral in the Push Patient configuration. For all other PhenoTips instances, an administrator must perform the set-up required to target a server as an approved destination for your organization's data. The destination server needs to be approved and connected.

Receiving data from another PhenoTips instance

Push receiver component is now included in PhenoTips, however no remote instances are allowed to push by default. An administrator must set-up PhenoTips to either:

  • allow pushes from any PhenoTips instance by setting "Allow pushes from servers not listed below" to "Yes"
  • or allow pushes from specified source servers only by adding them to the list of Approved source servers
